Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern orders placed with UAE Gulf Tanks General Trading LLC.
Prices & VAT
All list prices are in AED and exclude the UAE 5% VAT. Prices are subject to change without notice. Every order is confirmed by a formal quote.
Payment Terms
Standard payment terms are 50% advance and 50% on delivery. Credit terms are available for verified contractors subject to prior agreement.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. Free delivery in Ajman on orders above AED 500. Delivery charges to other Emirates are quoted upfront. Site access and offloading facilities are the buyer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
Refurbished Products
All refurbished products are professionally cleaned, repaired and tested. Cosmetic imperfections consistent with used stock are normal and do not affect functional performance.
Warranty
Warranty terms depend on product and are stated on your quote or invoice. Manufacturer warranty applies where relevant.
Returns
Custom-fabricated and made-to-order items are non-refundable. Standard stock returns may be accepted within 7 days subject to inspection.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
